Login with MFA enabled

1. Login as administrator / ESS via web and user will be prompted to verify the identity.


Note: Notification may be delayed if the device is in standby / power-saving modes. Network access and background processing for apps may be restricted under these modes to conserve battery.

2. Notification will be prompted from iWoWSoft HRMS mobile app.


3. Click on the notification to review the login request.


4. User may decide whether to approve or reject the sign in request and approve or reject success message will then be shown.
      

  1. No message will be prompted on web upon approval and user will be directed to system dashboard automatically.
  2. The following warning message will be prompted on web upon rejection and user will be redirected back to login screen.
