First login - Setting up iWoWHRMS mobile app



Follow these simple steps.

STEP 1: Downloading the iWoWSoft Mobile Application

For Android Users :

  1. Go to the "Play Store" and search for "iWoWSoft HRMS"
  2. Proceed to download and install the application.

For IOS Users :

  1. Go to the "App Store" and search for "iWoWSoft HRMS"
  2. Proceed to download and install the application.

STEP 2:  Open the iWoWSoft Mobile Application. Click the "Gear" icon as shown in the image below.


STEP 4:  You will then have to enter the URL of your HRMS portal/website under the "Access URL" shown in the image below. 
Note: if you do not have the Access URL for your company, please obtain it from your company's HRMS administrator.  Example of Access URL: hrms.iwowsoft.com


STEP 4:  After entering the URL, depending on the website protocol, select either "HTTPS (Encrypted)" or "HTTP" at the "Protocol" column shown in the image below and tap on the "SAVE" button.

Note: If your website URL does not have "https://...", then select "HTTP"

      

STEP 5:  After completing the configurations, you can then proceed to login into the iWoWSoft Mobile Application by keying in your username and password in the mobile app Login screen and tap on the "LOG IN" button.

Note: Username and password are the same as in HRMS portal/website.
