Enabling MFA for the first time

Enabling MFA for the first time

1. Login as administrator / ESS via web > Go to "My Account" > "Change Password"


2. Enable "Multi Factor Authentication" toggle button


Note: One account can only be registered under one device. User with both administrator and ESS accounts can still register MFA under the same device.

3. Login via iWoWSoft HRMS mobile app > Click on "Gear" icon to access Authenticator screen


4. Authenticator can also be found under login screen by locating "Gear" icon on top right hand corner 


5. Click on "Add Account" > Scan the QR code as shown in web with iWoWSoft HRMS mobile app
