Didn't receive notification to approve login request? Why?

How system notification is triggered and sent?
Unique device ID will be generated randomly based on each device and installed application.
This unique device ID will be used to identify user to send system notification.


If the device’s unique ID changes, the registered MFA account will be removed from the device, and it will no longer be able to receive login approval notifications. The device’s unique ID can change under the following conditions:
Change of device
Uninstallation and reinstallation of application
Factory reset or reinstallation of operating system


If you experience any of the conditions mentioned above, please contact HR to revoke your current MFA and re-register for MFA to continue receiving notifications.
